My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. He called me almost immediately right back after leaving him a detailed voicemail about my situation, he came to Manchester and even offered to give me a ride to my locked vehicle at Walmart, let me stay warm while he got my broken key out of the door and vehicle unlocked, made & programed me a new key & lock fob..
