Mike was a professional and courteous technician who got me back into my home in a very timely manner! Definitely would recommend this company. The lock on the front door of my workplace failed at 10:30 last night and the building could not be secured. Justin arrived quickly and spent a couple hours in the frigid night air working on the damaged mechanism. He was able to get the lock working in spite of the damage. I want to thank Armstrong Locksmith Inc. for making my day better after my key fob got damaged somehow. They are very skilled and precise in their work. James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.
