Exceptional Service! Will Lanier was a delight to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Will not only provided excellent and clean installation of a new deadbolt lock, he also inspected and repaired existing deadbolts to ensure optimal door contact / security. In addition, he answered all my questions and provided great suggestions to heighten the security in my home. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Access Lock and Key. They are the best here. I was quoted a price of $175 plus tax and tip for new moped keys with another company near Nashville, and Johnson’s gave me a new set of 2 keys for $45. They even agreed to meet with me multiple different times since my schedule was changing today, outside of their normal business hours to get it done! A real breath of fresh air

After a crazy night my keys were lost. The rep that called said he could be at the car in 16 minutes AND he was at the car in 16 minutes!! Very efficient thorough and even gave me kind words while I was loosing my mind about my keys!! They are added to my contacts now!!

This store is always so nice to visit. Great inventory and great staff. Got a nice grill cover On Sale today! And their mums are always nice. Chris helped me order some cleaner for our fireplace; they didn’t have it in stock. But Chris placed the order and took my information down so he can notify me when it comes in. Now thats great customer service.

Locked out of my house, was connected with a service technician who told me he would be to my house in 45 minutes. Was closer to an hour and a half. When he showed up, he did not introduce himself, and was wearing sweats. No company logo on anything he was wearing. Unprofessional to say the least. Told me my only option was to drill the deadbolt and the door handle, as both were locked, and was not given another option. The technician then proceeded to completely ruin my door throughout the 1.5 hours (!!!) it took him to unlock the door and completely ruin the locks. I have a hard time believing he knew what he was doing, as he called a friend 3 times throughout the time he was at my house. He claimed he found a key jammed in the lock and “that is why this is so difficult” – a key has NEVER been used on that lock, as it is the back door of my house and I never enter through it. After some research I have found out that a deadbolt can be unlocked without the damage he caused to my door. 2 hours later I am left with a door that needs replacing, no locks, and a $1000 bill (attached). Not sure why I was charged for drilling (x2) plus a lockout, PLUS a key extraction for a key that doesn’t exist – I even told him I have never put a key close to that lock. This was completely ridiculous and I will never be using this service again. I would have been better off (and $1000 richer) going to Lowe’s and buying a lock pick kit myself.

First of all they were able to come out the same day. The technician was professional, fast, and knowledgeable. The picr was great also. I needed a transponder key made for my vehicle. This was a lot less painful than going to the dealership. I got y’all locked in my phone.
