I liked the entire process and the ability to make your own keys at any time was wonderful. It was also an easy process to follow. The buy two keys and get one free was also nice. My only complaint was I selected 3 different patterns for my keys and only got 2. I got one pattern twice. It was possibly the wrong key got added to the wrong slot. I will still use the machine next time I need keys
