Exceptional Service! Will Lanier was a delight to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Will not only provided excellent and clean installation of a new deadbolt lock, he also inspected and repaired existing deadbolts to ensure optimal door contact / security. A button was stuck and didn’t work on my car fob. They fixed it super fast. Before A-1, I had called another place and was quoted $300+ to replace the fob as the only option. A-1 charge me 1/10 that. I was so relieved!

Kevin was extremely efficient, on-time and more than competitively priced. The Toyota dealership required us to tow our ‘06 Tacoma to them and the charge for a key fab was around $575. Kevin came out to us and was about 1/5 the price. Would recommend to anyone.

They are the best here. I was quoted a price of $175 plus tax and tip for new moped keys with another company near Nashville, and Johnson’s gave me a new set of 2 keys for $45. They even agreed to meet with me multiple different times since my schedule was changing today, outside of their normal business hours to get it done! A real breath of fresh air

Carlos did an amazing job and he was super quick and efficient and even came to me! We have an old 2012 Nissan Frontier that had a very beat up single key, and I was able to get Carlos to make me a set of replacement keys for a very reasonable price. Everything worked perfect the first time, and he was great to deal with!

I had 3 copies of a new house key made here (buy 2 get one free) and none of them work. I got one of the designs and maybe if I had just gotten a plain key it would have worked who knows. But none of the keys I had copied and made at this machine work.

Used the Minute Key at the Home Depot. Got 3 keys and all of them worked fine but were a little stiff in operation. The one I’m using now seems to be loosening up some.
