After a crazy night my keys were lost. The rep that called said he could be at the car in 16 minutes AND he was at the car in 16 minutes!! Very efficient thorough and even gave me kind words while I was loosing my mind about my keys!! They are added to my contacts now!!

They are the best here. I was quoted a price of $175 plus tax and tip for new moped keys with another company near Nashville, and Johnson’s gave me a new set of 2 keys for $45. They even agreed to meet with me multiple different times since my schedule was changing today, outside of their normal business hours to get it done! A real breath of fresh air

I want to thank Armstrong Locksmith Inc. for making my day better after my key fob got damaged somehow. They are very skilled and precise in their work. First of all they were able to come out the same day. The technician was professional, fast, and knowledgeable. The picr was great also. I needed a transponder key made for my vehicle. This was a lot less painful than going to the dealership. I got y’all locked in my phone.

Mike was a professional and courteous technician who got me back into my home in a very timely manner! Definitely would recommend this company. Thankfully my car was unlocked but I lost my key and key fob. He was here within the hour he gave me 2 keys and a fob for a great deal!!!! Highly recommend. They use professional equipment to make perfect keys

The Locksmith was polite, professional, and quick.

The service starting with the lady who called me back, after my call went to voicemail was so kind, and courteous.
She set up my appointment and within 20 minutes the Locksmith had arrived. My lockout was residential and they were kind, verified my address and got the job done, without damaging my lock.

The other locksmith I called for a quote said they would have to drill and the lock wouldn’t be able to be in use again. In addition, they cost about $10-$20 more to come out, and that does not include the cost of unlocking the lock itself.

A button was stuck and didn’t work on my car fob. They fixed it super fast. Before A-1, I had called another place and was quoted $300+ to replace the fob as the only option. A-1 charge me 1/10 that. I was so relieved!

I lost the key to my 2015 Nissan Quest and I called and the technician came out and programmed a new key for me within 30 minutes! Total cost was $185 which was over half the price the dealership quoted me! All in all great and very reasonably priced! Will be using ABC for all my lock and key needs in the future.

Called this place 3 times a few minutes before 4:00pm. First call was answered by computer and I was sent to another computer that kept asking for my zip code and telling me that they have no one in Madisonville. I called back 2 more times and finally got a real person on the phone only to be cut off when I was explaining what I needed and sent back to the same computer both times. Will never call or use these people.

It’s a great idea but t if you leave your phone in the car, making double verification impossible, then, it won’t save your info and you have to buy another copy if you want to save or store your key info for future. Other than that, it’s easy to use and accurate.

So the keys that I had to have mailed in, because they don’t keep the specific keys I needed at the vending sites, as well as couldn’t save because I didn’t have my cell phone with me at time of copying, don’t even work. And the biggest problem is that half of them they later messaged me about, and refunded, stating they were incapable of copying. Now I’m stuck with keys in which I have no idea which one is for which building, which are 30+ miles away from each other and haven’t been able to make even one key work yet. So I’m depleting my star review from 2 to 1 because I don’t believe 0 or -5 are available answers. 😞
