I had an excellent experience with Locksmith 4 Less. They helped me make two keys for my Mercedes-Benz, which is usually a difficult and expensive process, but they made everything incredibly easy.

They were very accommodating, professional, and efficient, and both times they completed the job quickly and correctly, including programming the keys without any issues. What really stood out to me was how much more affordable they were compared to other options—way cheaper than dealerships or other locksmiths.

If you’re looking for a reliable, fast, and cost-effective option for key replacement or programming, I’m truly thankful for Locksmith 4 Less and highly recommend them.

Got a couple of keys cut today for a car. I needed cut and program. They said since I didn’t buy the keys from them, they can’t guarantee the program will work but it will be $85 either way. Sounds like an easy 10 minute way to scam people out of $85 and to buy your keys. I mean $85 for a 10 minute job if it works or not is a crazy policy. I’m not saying they don’t deserve to get paid for their time, maybe 1/2 price if it doesn’t work. I can deal with that. I will unfortunately not be recommending this location. But I guess no one works for free. But they did cut em for $50. I say them, what I mean is a machine worked and they walked around and then they charged me $50. It seems they don’t actually do much. Just stand around and watch machines do it. Maybe I need to get into this racket. 🤣 Seems easy.

12.14.2024: Called at 1:43 because I was locked out of car and my usual locksmith was out of town. So I googled a locksmith company to get the job done. First call, I asked about the pricing or estimated pricing just so I could have a ballpark of how much it would cost for the service to be completed. Intake person was very nice but unwilling to give me an estimate and stated that the locksmith being dispatched would do that upon arrival, uncomfortable with that but I needed to get into my car because my son was with me. At 1:52, I receive a call from an unknown number and answer being both polite and professional, assuming it was someone from work. However, the woman on the other end, says, “Locksmith…I called you a couple times but you didn’t answer.” — I have an iPhone that’s set up to ignore numbers I don’t recognize— but I’m not able to address that because I just want an update on the locksmith. She states 20 minutes, I simply respond with an okay but remember I didn’t get a pricing. I ask for an estimate and she , “I can’t give you that, but if they come out and you don’t want them to do it, you’ll still have the service fee to pay.” I ask for that amount which is $25, to make sure I’m understanding everything, I repeat back, “So the service fee is $25 plus whatever the locksmith will charge for the actual service.” She says yes, so I respond, “let’s not do that then, let’s cancel it before that person even comes out”. She says okay while laughing and hangs up. I thought it was weird but shrugged it off. A few minutes later, I receive a text message, that I’ve attached to this review. I definitely won’t reach out to this company again simply because of that interaction and going out of your way to message someone, when there’s no ongoing service is very weird.

Granted it was sunday but three of the well known brands told me they were too busy to get me today. I called this one and he was here working on my car getting rekeyed in literally 15 min of my request. It took less than 30 minutes if that. Great job!

I received a decent product but I miss everything about the way this key making experience used to be. It’s expensive unless you get the bundle 8.99/10.99 for 3. The quality of the product is determined by if you pay 2.99 for the extra fine upgrade. The worst part is that you no longer can watch the key itself being cut.

Thw keys work great. I was a littlw surprised at thw price for 1 key to be made 5.99 for a key seemed expensive to me but at the same time every thing has went in price rhe last few years. Good keys and convenient . Thw kiosk was easy to use also.

This man is amazing! I lost my key and needed a replacement, and he showed up in less than an hour. He fixed my key and had me back on the road in no time! He even gave me an extra key fob for my car at no additional charge. His prices are very reasonable! I definitely recommend going to him!

I give it 2 stars because this machine actually WORKED, it would be awesome. I really want to give it one star because every time I’ve tried to use it, my keys have not worked once I got home. This past time I got 3 copies made of the same key. NONE of them worked. The company is good about refunding money if your key doesn’t work, but it can’t compensate me for my time and frustration.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the first person who answered the phone was polite and prompt. We called about a car lockout and we were told we’d get a call from a technician. We got a text with information, and then we waited about 30-40 minutes with no word before getting a phone call and then we were told “we can’t help you.”

If they couldn’t help us to begin with, they should have said so instead of leaving us with hope. We’ve been here 2 hours now and it’s cold, it’s dark. I’m flabbergasted you can just… cancel after confirming. We’re completely stuck now. Don’t recommend for any emergency ever.

Edit to add: I was told the next day to reach out to customer service. I sent an email. It’s been months and no one ever responded so, take that for what you will. Shows how much they really care.
