I had an absolute y fantastic experience with Empire! First off, I LOVE that this is a family owned business. My technician, Justin, was so sweet and professional the entire time. I had to get multiple locks rekeyed, and he installed an electronic lock opener I had bought. It was so much quicker than expected and the cost was absolutely reasonable. If I ever need their service again, this is who I’ll be calling

I give 3 stars because the service was within 30 minutes of me calling. However, I did not appreciate that I was not made aware of the full cost. I was originally told $85 to unlock my car over the phone, then when he arrived he told me it was also a $29 service fee. I would have appreciated to know the full amount beforehand. I had been in contact with other locksmiths, and could have came out cheaper.
