Wonderful first time experience for SENIORS with second time keyfob problems with our car. Our first experience was at car dealership with lousy service and ridiculous cost to replace a lost keyfob. Robert is the best! Highly recommend. I was struggling with a variety of lock issues and he was able to assist me within a day, he fixed everything, made me new keys, and even saved me some money by repairing one lock instead of installing a new one. Very fast and efficient. Super nice guy too!

I purchased the titanium key. Selected two and it said I would get a third for free. Takes several minutes for the keys to come out. The first thing I noticed was that the key seemed thin and very light. Got to the house and struggled to get all three keys to work but eventually they did so I’m hoping with some regular use they will smooth out and work better.

These kiosks used to not work and the keys never were the match I needed! THEY NOW WORK PERFECT! And I loved the designs I was able to get. So grateful to have such a fast and easy option for my business and home keys.

We had an issue with our front door and couldn’t get it to open because the dead bolt was stuck in the lock. I called keyhub and Omar was at our house in less than 30 minutes. He fixed our front door issue and since we already had a new lock to put on, he installed it with no additional charge.
He couldn’t have been any more friendlier.
We would definitely recommend him to others and would use them in the future!

James did a great job changing the tire. We couldn’t change it ourselves because there were 2 different size lugnuts. Glad he came prepared!

The key copy worked, but the edges were sharp and not smoothed out, which made it uncomfortable to use. Considering the cost, I expected a cleaner and better-finished result. Service was quick, but the value and quality weren’t great.

My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. Reliable, responsive, expert knowledge, great folks to deal with. Highly recommend.

Told me this was for a service fee lol. Not sure what the 95 dollar charge is for if not the service. I would recommend using any other method to get into your car than this company.

I guess it’s fairly convenient but the base price is high, plus when they offer to buff the cut edges like it’s extra, that is terribly cheap of them. Lowest price key was $5.99, adding the buffing would have been additional $3, which is insane. Will go to the Ace next time: they buff after the cut, and it’s overall about half this price. just was in a rush on the other side of town this time. Got what i needed, but paid too much for too little quality.

To start the office quoted one price by time the swindler got on site and programmed this cheap fob that only opened the door $370 dollars later and next morning the thing NOT open my door but there wasn’t a emergency cut Did you know they changed to send me a receipt i demanded a refund and would not recommend this company until they hire qualified technicians! from now on my go to has POP and Lock in the name keyme needs to be closed

Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Each one I encountered in my multiple visits was very helpful. Been a customers for years, and this visit was yet another reason why I’ll be back again. Already have another battery needs replacing I’ll be in contact with them soon. Enjoy the quality of batteries they sell here as well.
