We locked ourselves out of our home on the night we moved in.
It was well below 0 so not a great situation. The locksmith arrived quickly and was able to get us back inside to the warmth!
10/10 would call again if locked out.

I had left my car running at the laundromat for my dog and of course she locked me out. When i called they were very understanding and were very quick to arrive. Thank goodness it was fast since my dog was a lot. But the gentleman who unlocked my car was very friendly and prompt. Thank you so much whoever you are! If i ever get locked out again, tho hopefully not, then i will grab your name!!!

Sue walked us through the whole process and made it fun, a seriously tough thing to do when you are upset about losing your only key. She took all of the information for the key code in advance so they could get me fixed up quickly. We knew right off the bat that we were dealing with true professionals – Sue gave us a ton of information even when she wasn’t sure we would use their services. I was surprised how affordable it was for such excellent service. Don’t lose your only key! But if you do, head over to Gene’s. Great place, great people.

My son and I were shopping in Rapid from out of town, and I locked our keys in the car. After making several calls, and being quoted a price of $260, Harvey’s was recommended by the police department. It was 26 minutes from the time I called until the technician came out and unlocked our car. Very quick and great service, and a great price, nowhere near the $260 quoted by another service. Very highly recommend this company!

Last time I was in there I believe a key was 3.99 or 349 a few weeks ago and now they’re up to 11.99. I have Rentals here in Pierre and I think that is a little outrageous for the price of a key. Mostly for how much you guys raised it I could see a buck or two but seven dollars. More outrageous.
