I had an issue with my garage door. They were polite, courteous. He told me a time frame (showed up earlier, even!), had a key made, and showed me how he work all within maybe 10 minutes. I appreciate the prompt service. Highly recommended.

Machine said buy 2 and get a 3rd free. I selected a standard house key. I wasn’t given the option to create 3. I got 1 key and when I tried to cut the next 2, machine was out of that blank. I will try again the next time I’m in the area. The key worked fine and price was good.

I called Mr. Speedy exceptional service as usual..I was locked out if my car and my key fob needed to be replaced. Response time was amazing and once here took no time at all to program new fob!!! Also gave me hints on using the old fob as a back up! Way cheaper than the dealership! I 100% would recommend 😁

Quick and affordable solution to replace a shattered plastic casing on my vehicle key. Also got a Jack Sparrow/Pirates house key. Many different keys to choose from (including football teams and Disney) and helpful accessories like multi-tools. Friendly assistance. Parked in the back as 7th is a busier street.

Very happy. Called Dave’s Towing to come and take the car. In less 1/2 hour they were here. Did the paperwork was easy. They towed it to Sioux City Ford. About 15 miles from home. I’ve used Dave’s Towing before and they have great reliable service.

Made copies of my house keys and my car key at the machine. The process was simple enough and the house keys were made quickly. I was impressed with the machines optional ability to store my key information so I could get a replacement in the future in the event of a lost key or lock out situation. My car key copy was affordable but required them to create the key elsewhere and mail it to me. I am curious to see how quickly it arrives.

The kiosk is easy to use, point of pay and works well. The keys are decent quality-not as good as other places I have used, but OK. And the only complaint which really isn’t one-the kiosk process is pretty slow-probably 10 mins to make 3 keys.

I was in a bit of a pickle recently, and Fred’s was the FIFTH locksmith I called and the FIRST to answer. The guy was up-front about how long it’d before he arrived (about half-hour). It took only a few minutes after his arrival before I could run in and fetch my keys. He even let me warm up in the van while he worked. And I made it to work on time! Cost was very reasonable too. I do plan to stop by the store and discuss some options to prevent a repeat. 🙂

Got 2 keys made, only got one email receipt, did charge card twice though. One key absolutely would not work on two doors. Now how do I get that fixed or get my money back? Next time Ill go to a reak keymaker’s shop.
