I got locked out of my truck at 7 and he picked up the phone right away, he arrived at 7:15 and he took like 5 MINUTES TO UNLOCK IT!! he was very nice and professional! very very cheap compared to the 140$ it would take for the other people in town! cost me 60$! 10/10 recommend

I accidentally locked myself out of my car and called Lockzillasmith. He arrived super fast and got my car opened quickly with no damage. We lost our key to the rental car, and we used our roadside assistance. Thankfully they work with Bill’s Keyshop, and he was able to get us a new key made. He worked with us financially, and more importantly, he went above and beyond by helping us load our walkers after seating me safely in the vehicle. I highly recommend Joe(the owner), for both his craftsmanship and his humanity.

Billy came out to see us to help my dad retrieve his key from inside of his car. Billy was incredibly responsive via phone, checking in with me between appointments. Billy was able to open up my dad’s Porsche Panamera and treated it with respect and efficiency. He was so quick! We are so appreciative of Madison Locksmith and Billy for all of his help. Honestly when I first used it the machine, I didn’t think it was going to work, because I don’t trust computer operated machines, but to my surprise all my keys worked, it was fast and I even got a free key out of it. However the offset was a higher charge though. Getting keys done the old fashion way is quite a bit cheaper.

Great service and fast. Had a problem with my Key breaking into pieces at work had to have a key on the fly. Gave them a call and headed over 10 minutes after arriving they had me fixed up and driving away with a smile. Customer service was great!! Staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They immediately got to work on cutting a key, programmed it and fixed my sticking tailgate key lock port. Services were half the price of everyone else in the Huntsville metro area and unlike everyone else there was no appointment necessary. Extremely pleased and will definitely be going back, Thank you!!!

Locked my keys in car, gave him a call. Was nothing but helpful and kind and courteous. Gave me a tip on how to open up my door and vola open.
If he needed to come out it wouldn’t have been that expensive either. Nothing but praise from me.
