Honestly when I first used it the machine, I didn’t think it was going to work, because I don’t trust computer operated machines, but to my surprise all my keys worked, it was fast and I even got a free key out of it. However the offset was a higher charge though. Getting keys done the old fashion way is quite a bit cheaper.

It took so long for this key to work and then in order for the key to be perfect and work for your lock. Perfect you have to pay an extra five Dollars way worse than the older machine the first five times I use my key. It wouldn’t work so I had to keep ramming it in there and out in and out in and out almost breaking the key to get it to finally shape to work.! I would not recommend this machine to anyone if you could get it done at Menards( Which I found out is way cheaper by seven dollars!!) Or one of your local locksmith or Walgreens. The keypad is hidden at the bottom of the screen and super small with no way to enlarge it and the machine is brand new and the touchscreen doesn’t work. It has a delay. Absolutely horrible machine do not use this machine unless you have to and it’s your only option but be prepared for it to take long be inconvenient and the keys is not gonna work right at first! I wasn’t gonna leave a review but then they sent me three emails asking me too so here. I am leaving my review. People don’t use this machine.!

We locked ourselves out of our home on the night we moved in.
It was well below 0 so not a great situation. The locksmith arrived quickly and was able to get us back inside to the warmth!
10/10 would call again if locked out.
