I got locked out of my truck at 7 and he picked up the phone right away, he arrived at 7:15 and he took like 5 MINUTES TO UNLOCK IT!! he was very nice and professional! very very cheap compared to the 140$ it would take for the other people in town! cost me 60$! 10/10 recommend

Super fast response! Ryan came out about an hour after I called and replaced my mailbox lock with no issue.

Would totally use them again and recommend Security Lock and Alarm to others.

I had to call for a person I work for. The locksmith’s receptionist/secretary was very nice and informative. The locksmith was there 10 minutes later and was done within five minutes. I don’t have one bad thing to say about them. The man really knew his stuff about his business i.e. what the state of CA expects from apt bldg owners. I’d most definitely use this business if I ever needed to.

An absolute life saver. On a motorcycle road trip, I locked my bike with a disc lock that I forgot to bring the key for. I was stuck, and the key was almost 5 hours away. Jeff came out with his mobile van (loaded with his tools) and got my lock open. I was able to continue my trip without a hitch. Great job and very professional.

Last time I was in there I believe a key was 3.99 or 349 a few weeks ago and now they’re up to 11.99. I have Rentals here in Pierre and I think that is a little outrageous for the price of a key. Mostly for how much you guys raised it I could see a buck or two but seven dollars. More outrageous.
