I started my semi went inside the shop while it warmed up came back outside and realized I locked the keys inside the running truck. I called these guys and the guy came over In less than 15 minutes unlocked my semi in about two minutes and he took off. Super nice gave me a very fair price. I would highly recommend great experience.

Absolutely WONDERFUL service! I was traveling on my motorcycle from Blunt, SD to Canton, SD, and stopped at a gas station in Harold, about 30-35 miles from Pierre. My key is both ignition and gas cap key, and the dang thing snapped off in the gas cap! I’m from central MN, and was pretty alone. The guy from the gas station was a doll, and he managed to get the snapped piece out of the cap, but I still needed a key! So I called Security Lock and she walked me thru getting the information she needed, she cut me two keys, and she delivered them all the way to me! Less than 2 hours later I was back on the road.

I can’t say enough about her customer service either- so understanding and helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE!

P.S. The cost was very reasonable for all she did, and driving out to hand me the keys because I had no way to get to her business.

Sue walked us through the whole process and made it fun, a seriously tough thing to do when you are upset about losing your only key. She took all of the information for the key code in advance so they could get me fixed up quickly. We knew right off the bat that we were dealing with true professionals – Sue gave us a ton of information even when she wasn’t sure we would use their services. I was surprised how affordable it was for such excellent service. Don’t lose your only key! But if you do, head over to Gene’s. Great place, great people.

Last time I was in there I believe a key was 3.99 or 349 a few weeks ago and now they’re up to 11.99. I have Rentals here in Pierre and I think that is a little outrageous for the price of a key. Mostly for how much you guys raised it I could see a buck or two but seven dollars. More outrageous.
