I had an issue with my garage door. They were polite, courteous. He told me a time frame (showed up earlier, even!), had a key made, and showed me how he work all within maybe 10 minutes. I appreciate the prompt service. Highly recommended.

Overall easy and flawless experience – I purchased 6 copies of 2 different keys – of the six cuts just one was a little off… it works but sticks- the rest are smooth and just like the original. I think I could probably go exchange the one but I had gotten extra because it seems to almost always happen when cutting keys, that one is just a little off. Overall I give five stars for ease and how smooth most the keys are!

Last time I was in there I believe a key was 3.99 or 349 a few weeks ago and now they’re up to 11.99. I have Rentals here in Pierre and I think that is a little outrageous for the price of a key. Mostly for how much you guys raised it I could see a buck or two but seven dollars. More outrageous.

Honestly when I first used it the machine, I didn’t think it was going to work, because I don’t trust computer operated machines, but to my surprise all my keys worked, it was fast and I even got a free key out of it. However the offset was a higher charge though. Getting keys done the old fashion way is quite a bit cheaper.

Mickey was awesome. He came to my house and made the key in his van same day. I am very relieved he was able to make my key as the dealership told me the car needed to be towed to them and it was going to be a much higher price. The key A+ made works for my door and to start the car. Really glad I didn’t have to tow my car.

Amazing and friendly service! I stupidly locked my keys in my car on my 15 hour drive just 2 hours away from my destination. i called and they were out SUPER fast. super efficient and very kind. 1000% recommend if you need a locksmith!!

The car key copy is not part of the machine in Walmart and so it’s virtually useless for someone like me who only needs extra car keys. They have a car key copy in the back but there’s no guy back there any time after I get off work.
