I got locked out of my truck at 7 and he picked up the phone right away, he arrived at 7:15 and he took like 5 MINUTES TO UNLOCK IT!! he was very nice and professional! very very cheap compared to the 140$ it would take for the other people in town! cost me 60$! 10/10 recommend

Steve came highly recommended from coworkers, friends, and local dealers. I lost my only car key fob. Contacted Steve via text. Practically an immediate response came on what to do and what to expect. He arrived within 20 minutes like he said. In less than 15 minutes he had a new key cut, programmed, and was on his way. Sue walked us through the whole process and made it fun, a seriously tough thing to do when you are upset about losing your only key. She took all of the information for the key code in advance so they could get me fixed up quickly. We knew right off the bat that we were dealing with true professionals – Sue gave us a ton of information even when she wasn’t sure we would use their services. I was surprised how affordable it was for such excellent service. Don’t lose your only key! But if you do, head over to Gene’s. Great place, great people.

My son and I were shopping in Rapid from out of town, and I locked our keys in the car. After making several calls, and being quoted a price of $260, Harvey’s was recommended by the police department. It was 26 minutes from the time I called until the technician came out and unlocked our car. Very quick and great service, and a great price, nowhere near the $260 quoted by another service. Very highly recommend this company!

Locked my keys in car, gave him a call. Was nothing but helpful and kind and courteous. Gave me a tip on how to open up my door and vola open.
If he needed to come out it wouldn’t have been that expensive either. Nothing but praise from me.

We locked our keys in our truck before work, never a good way to start your morning. Called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Though we had a rough morning we got quick and hospitable service that definitely turned out day around. We appreciated the service and would recommend to anyone in the area. Way cheaper than roadside assistance. You guys rock!
