First time user, utilizing the Keyme System was a different experience, however, it was straightforward, easy to use, and a great experience for a first time user. Although the experience was good and user friendly my key did not work but I would use the Keyme System again. Also, it is a little overpriced for a key to be copied, especially for the type of key that was made.

Great keys, but the buffing should be part of the service and not a separate cost. All 3 keys fit, but the edges were jagged.. Great service..

Good service and all keys made worked without difficulty. Only barrier was getting all keys made requested as the system was not able to duplicate a standard household key for a locked out building. I will have to get this done at a local hardware store.

Charles was able to put together from pieces a Baldwin lock that had previously been used on an old door. Work done quickly at a reasonable price.

These guys are great! I was on a trip from out of town in the area and had lost my key. These guys came and took care of me. No questions asked, and I was back on the road within an hour!
