On Thursday the 21st, my mother accidentally locked her keys inside her car while at the laundromat in Manning. We contacted several businesses in the area in search of assistance. A friend recommended a locksmith service, so I reached out to them. They confirmed they could assist us and simply requested the address of our location.

After I provided the address, Alexandria D. called to inform us that she was completing another service call and would arrive shortly thereafter. Approximately 10 minutes later, she contacted us again to confirm the exact location of my mother’s vehicle. According to my mother, within five minutes of arriving, Alexandria successfully unlocked the car.

Throughout the entire process, Alexandria was courteous, professional, and communicated exceptionally well. My mother was so grateful for her assistance that she asked Alexandria for a hug, which she kindly accepted. We sincerely appreciated her prompt service, professionalism, and kindness.

Mr. Todd is awesome. I was told by local shop that the service i needed was going to cost me over 300.00 bucks. Mr. Todd got me fixed up in less that 15 mins. I only was charged 50 bucks. Awesome job buddy.
