Customer service lacks. Called for service and was told my area was serviced, only to call 25-30 minutes later and told it wasn’t, plus an upfront payment of $300 required to gain services. Reps can’t see how far away and out of the area you are, but can tell you you’re out of the area.

PI Locksmith did a great job in getting us into our house when we didn’t have a key, and then re-keying all the locks to match one key. Very prompt, very affordable, very helpful, and very nice to work with.

Excellent experience! I brought in a small electronic safe that I could no longer open. They swiftly went to work, gave me some options, and had it open in no time. Very poor service. I called at 11:10pm requesting a locksmith to help me get into my car in which I was informed someone was on the way. No one ever showed and when I call back I had to make an appointment for the next morning. It’s dark and they were very poor help. Their closing time isn’t until 12. The call was made before then.

I didn’t get the service done since I was able too find my original keys, but the customer service was A1! They got all my info. correct & was able too set me up a appointment for the next day or two later & the prices were not bad too get a new key cut & have the new key reprogrammed too my car! Even though I do not need the new key services, I will be getting a few copies made of my original key from the company. Thanks for being so sweeet & immediate with setting up me a service date so I wouldn’t be without using my car for months! I recommend using this company for any lost, need copies or etc for your house or your car🤗💌.
