Mr. William Davis is a nice down to earth man who will work with you. I called him on Friday he said he can make my keys Saturday morning. He came to me plus gave me a special for two keys for a GREAT price! Fast and efficient. If you want excellent service and keys made for a low price come here!!

Mr. Todd is awesome. I was told by local shop that the service i needed was going to cost me over 300.00 bucks. Mr. Todd got me fixed up in less that 15 mins. I only was charged 50 bucks. Awesome job buddy.

I recently lost my vehicle keys and called Florence Lock and Key around 3:30 pm because I had used them before and always appreciated their service. I explained that I had a spare key fob and just needed it programmed. I was quoted $250 plus a $25 after‑hours fee since they were booked until 8 pm. I questioned the price because in June 2025, I had the exact same service done on the same vehicle for $175, including the after‑hours fee.

When I mentioned that I still had my receipt and asked about the price difference, the manager became argumentative. I asked to speak with the owner, and she said he would call me back.

Jason, the owner, reached out shortly after. He apologized for the inconsistent pricing and for the unpleasant conversation I had with the manager. He personally offered to come program the key for me — and arrived in less than 45 minutes. He was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. I told him I had used their services several times before and always had great experiences.

Thanks to Jason’s expertise and professionalism, I remain a loyal customer of Florence Lock and Key. Kudos to Jason for standing behind his business and taking care of his customers.

Kept saying they were on their way. Left me on the road over 80 mins, had to cancel. Just be honest with your customers, if you can’t make, you can’t make it – don’t leave them hanging on the road and not answer their phone calls.

Twice satisfied! Used Minute Key twice now, and all keys have worked. You can’t say that with most previous man-made duplicates. I’ll use them again. And can’t wait to try the digital key master to make a key. Technology is great!
