Kept saying they were on their way. Left me on the road over 80 mins, had to cancel. Just be honest with your customers, if you can’t make, you can’t make it – don’t leave them hanging on the road and not answer their phone calls.

East Cooper Lock and Safe was absolutely wonderful and we had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Rainey was so friendly, helpful and quickly looked up the type of truck we needed it for. Along with quality, she was so kind and caring! Closer to us was Jantzen but they have limited hours, and the front desk person there interrupted and yelled at me when I called back to get the range in price there (he was probably just having a bad day since the main locksmith was out doing a job). In any case, it sent me to look elsewhere and thankfully I found this gem! What a phenomenal family-owned, professional business. They were cheaper than Jantzen, or the dealer, and it took about 15 minutes. Too easy! I will go there from now on, and refer them to everyone! Thank you for all the time and care you take with your customers! It made my holiday season to have this experience!

Extremely personable, friendly, fast, affordable, great communication, and everything works perfectly. They fit me in last minute to make sure I had my spare key before going out of town. If you can, skip the dealership and go support local❤️ they are SO much better!

Jimmy was pleasant, and arrived early. The problem and What we do NOT like about the company is that they charged $395 for “ labor and travel fee”
Without telling us before hand when they were asked about pricing. They said they serviced Dennark SC but said NOTHING About charging from the time they leave home to the time they get back and adding extra time.
It was a 30 minute drive and he was there less than an hour. We asked for all pricing and he NEVER said anything about a standard travel fee of $125 that starts when he leaves until he gets home. What a rip off. This feels deceptive, dishonest , and like this company was taking advantage of the customer. You should tell customers if you charge fees ESPECIALLY BEFORE YOU COME if you say it’s an area you service so they have all the information. We got 4 locks changed and paid $395 JUST FOR LABOR and he was there less than 45 minutes. So we paid $500 total to have 4 locks changed for labor and travel when it’s not that far. We would not recommend or use them again based on this. He did complete the tasks we asked but you can’t help but have a bad feeling.

Sold me a piece of furniture on FB Marketplace. I go to pick it up, and the woman no longer wants to sell it to me. Drove over an hour to pick up. Not professional to sell items when you have already agreed to sell to another party. I did not miss my scheduled pick-up, the furniture is still in the window, and she would not sell it to me. No one else came to pick it up. Crazy!!!
