Joe was awesome! We’re so thankful for his help. He was patient with us and took the time to answer all of our questions. We originally called and he worked us into his schedule, but we had to cancel that day. Even then, he was still helpful over the phone and guided us while we were trying to decide what we needed.

We called Friday at noon before Memorial Day and were able to schedule Joe for 3 PM the same day. He was prompt, personable, and very professional. He changed the locks on all three doors we requested, working quickly even in a home with no AC, and finished in under two hours.

We’ll definitely be looking for Joe for any future locksmith needs.

I called Juan late in the evening to install a new lock, and without hesitation he agreed to come, even though it was already nighttime. I had purchased a high-tech lock that I expected would take quite a while to install, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He completed the installation quickly while making sure everything worked perfectly. He is reliable, professional, and offers some of the best prices in town.
