Hugo’s installed 8 new hardware sets at our recently renovated mid-century modern home in MIdland. They helped me select and order the appropriate door knobs, locks, and deadbolts and provide all-new keying. I enjoyed working with Dustin and Jim. They came through with everyting they said they would in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. They provided great service and I will gladly go back to them for more when the time comes!

The experience at this location has unfortunately been unreliable and unprofessional. After requesting a simple key service, the management here failed to fulfill their responsibilities in delivering the service, failed to respond to communication, caused significant delays (over 2 months) and failed to deliver overall.
Upon request for a refund, instead of acknowledging their lack of service and immediately issuing the refund, management instead tried to put the blame on us the customer and their own employee. After the management had a debate with their own employee, we were given our refund. Would not recommend this company.
