Easy to operate. Quicker than hunting down an employee that knows how to cut keys. And they had nice options besides just plain colored keys. Only down fall was that I had to take key off my keyring for it to fit all the way into the key hole for it to be copied. Happy with my purchase!!!

The lock on my aging commercial door failed suddenly, meaning customers would not be able to enter AND I couldn’t exit through the front! I called New Castle Lock & Key, left a message and got a call back in a very short time. I described my situation and they responded within a few hours. Even though the old lock was quite outdated, I was provided an excellent replacement that same day, allowing me to be open for business on schedule.

We Needed a new key fob for our Jeep grand Cherokee. After reading all of the great reviews, I decided to give Jake a call. I’m so happy that I did. I met Jake at his house and he was able to program a new key fob on the spot. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Great guy, A pleasure to deal with, fair prices and outstanding customer service. My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. Ken was reasonable, reliable, and overall great — if you have any lock issues please give Ken a call first.

Called at 10:04 this morning and Brian showed up at 11:30, squeezing me in after his first appointment- exceeded expectations! Very personable and friendly. Price was on par with the other company I called that referred me to Brian since I required a mobile locksmith.
