Great customer service! Robert re-keyed our locks after we moved into a new home. Then, he added deadbolt locks to both doors. He did a beautiful installation. I needed a key made and saw the kiosk at my local grocery store. I thought it would make the key on the spot and cost less than $3. Instead it cost $20 and it took one week to come in the mail. The positive was my husband was happy with his NY Yankee key. Now he won’t loose it.
