I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! The machine was fast and accurate with cutting keys. I got three keys and all of them worked perfectly would recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Thank you for fixing/replacing the faulty EIS/key! The service is reliable; shipment back to me was USPS – with signature confirmation. Phone conversations for communication work the best. If you get an invoice request – respond quickly, or it will be canceled, and it will be more difficult to make a payment later.

A shop that has much potential to be highly successful in a rural area. However, they lack Customer Service skills as well as no personality. Went in today to buy paint for a shed – ask questions and the guy had no recommendations or suggestions and just wanted to make a sale so he can go back to doing nothing.

It’s a shame to have a hardware store that is close and convenient, but to make no effort to make the customer wanted or that they can help them with what they are looking for in finishing or starting a project is unacceptable. We know they are overpriced because the nearest competition is 10 miles away or further.

Based on today’s lack of enthusiasm and customer service I will be driving out of my way to fill in my hardware/gardening needs. BTW, I still spent $102.00 dollars to keep the revenue dollars local.

Suggestion, put on a smile, be friendly and help a customer out…
