I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I accidentally locked myself out of my house this .morning. Berks Security Locksmith came and got my door open in a timely manner and I was only 30 minutes late for work. I commend them and highly recommend them.

All employees here are great except for one gentleman, he (ALWAYS) looks miserable & I was looking for 5mm star bits & I Asked him where I could find it & he told me where to look & I asked him which one he thought was the 5mm because none of the packages said any mm size, well it was like I was asking him to do something that was next to impossible, he had such a miserable look on his face & he finally came over to help me(the customer, who from buying supplies in their store, pays his paycheck) & then (I) thought I’ll use a tape measure to see if they’re a 5mm & when I asked him if they had any tape measures with mm on them he again looked basically disgusted that I asked him for help. So he never did come over to help me & I ended up paying like $10.00 for starbits(that weren’t the 5mm size I needed, all because he didn’t feel like helping a customer) if he doesn’t like working there then I think he should go work at McDonalds.
