I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! I needed a locksmith for a new building to install an electric striker system on the front commercial aluminum door to let clients in and a code lock on a rear steel door.

I called (3) local companies. Only Vans was able to perform the installation the most secure way which was to cut into the edge of the door frames to mortice out a space where the deadbolt/latch get inserted which requires a special tool that only Vans had. (If you can’t mortice out the edge of the door frame, the option and less secure method is to drill a hole for the deadbolt/latch to go through.

One company was afraid to do that and the other did not have the experience nor the tool.

Jake from Vans was the technician who was assisted by Scott and they performed an outstanding installation.

Jake recommend and used a Schlage Encode Plus, Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt Lock with Touchscreen Keypad, Keyless Front Door Entry, Apple Watch Unlock, Built-in App Control, Alexa and Apple HomeKit Compatible, Matte Black for the rear door code lock.

Jake assisted me with connecting to WIFI and teaching me how the app works to change codes and use other features.

Jake keyed both locks the same, (1) key does it all (Code lock has key as back up in case batteries fail.)

Van’s staff is amazing! From the owner Brian, Dave, Carol and the other girls were all very professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Their pricing was competitive with the other (2) popular local companies.

I would give them (6) stars and highly recommend Vans who also does all the work on our other location.

Look no further, I did my research- just call Vans.

Wonderful experience with Ryan, our locksmith. He completed the installation of Wi-Fi smart locks on both our front and rear doors. The job was more challenging than expected due to the handles, strike plates, and deadbolt alignment issues, but Ryan handled everything with precision and efficiency.

He made quick work of the installation, and the pricing was exactly as quoted by the owner, Tim. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Some DIY projects truly require professional expertise, and this was definitely one of them. I highly recommend Ryan for his skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Great service. Went in to have new keys programmed for my car. They quoted the price over the phone and said they’d check the current battery on my malfunctioning remote. Got there found the battery to be the issue they changed it and tested it then programmed a second remote all while I waited.

Needed 3 keys copied, 2 padlock keys and a house key, for some reason only one of the padlock keys was able to be done, even though they were the same brand and type of padlock, tried probably 4 times to get it to recognize before I gave up and went to Lowes, the other 2 keys were $7.69 a piece, which was a little much in my opinion
