Had a great experience with C&S Locksmith Services. Chris was the one who came out and he was on time, professional, and easy to talk to. The whole process was quick and efficient. Pricing was fair and reasonable, no games. He got the job done fast and did it right. Friendly, reliable, and overall just a solid experience from start to finish. Would absolutely use them again and recommend without hesitation.

Only 1 of the 3 keys I purchased actually works. I only put one key in the machine to copy and I needed 3 copies of the exact same key. The first key that came out works. The second and third keys that were supposed to be exact copies do not work. They all look identical. (See photo) I’m confused and am going to take my receipt to Walmart to get my money back. (Only the colorful one works)

Keys were easy to order. Good designs to choose from. It helps having a pattern on it so you don’t have to keep trying different keys to get the correct one. Took one home with me and two were sent in a few days. Will definitely use this again.

This place is amazing. The knowledge and help these guys have and give makes them absolutely amazing. They are eager to help in anyway they can. Their prices are so reasonable and they are worth so much more than they charge. I would tell anyone that needs their assistance not to think twice about it. You’re in good hands with these guys.

These guys are the real deal. I broke our quad key in the ignition and didn’t have many details to provide to them to facilitate their “key reconstruction”. They came through and produced a key (two actually) that worked! An added benefit to visiting their shop is that they’re hilarious! They’ve clearly been working together for a long time. You can feel the love and the funny in their exchanges. Think “The Car Guys” except of the locksmith variety! Along with their fun rapport, they’re just genuinely good guys who want to help. I highly recommend them!

Tom was super nice and quick to respond after we moved into our new house. He didn’t recommend anything beyond what was necessary, the price was fair, and he was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely give him a call again if I need any more work done. Highly recommended.

we always want to support a local business. if you want a key made in the east end your only choices are this place and home depot, literally. well, the hours on this place are pathetic, closing at 1pm m-f, no weekend hours. so you can guess where you’re gonna end up getting a key made and it ain’t here. the ONE time i was able to make it in they were fine and the keys were at least cheap.

They didn’t accept 2/3 of the keys I was trying to copy at the time which was really inconvenient. The key that they did copy for me didn’t even fit into the key hole. So it didn’t unlock anything and the key is now useless.
