Genaro was amazing!!!! I cannot say enough great things about him!!! I called 4 different businesses over a 2 hour period. He was the only one that responded and actually showed up. He was here in 35 minutes and had my 2012 GMC Sierra unlocked in less than 5 minutes. He honestly saved my night and my work day tomorrow!! I would give 10 starts if it was possible. Emilio is absolutely amazing and has helped us twice now. The last time it was a Friday night and we had someone staying at our cottage who locked themselves out in the rain. When I called him he told me he could come but that he was 1 hr and 20 minutes away so I told him let me see if I could find someone to get their quicker. I called 8 other places and no one else would come which was incredibly frustrating, the other people would only come when it was convenient for them despite people standing in the rain wirh no phone or wallets. Emilio ended up coming and absolutely saved us that night and I will never forget it, he is the only locksmith I will be using in the Poconos areas 👏 🙌
