Me and my mum were locked out of our
Company truck for about 3 hours. We waited for the company to send a locksmith, nobody came. Then, we took matters into our own hands. We called Levy, and he came right away! Even with the difficult height of the truck, he was able to unlock the truck and get the keys out. We are so incredibly thankful for this guy! So personable and easy to get along with! Tom came to my home and reset the pins in my lock, and cut about 12 new keys for me. 5 he brought with him, 7 were mine. He was here 1 hr, 45 min. About 15 min. of that time, we were chatting. He’s a nice guy. He said he was going out to the van to make my bill, I asked how much it would be, he quoted me $300. I was totally shocked at this. I never expected that. He came back in the house with the bill, which was NOW $389! Almost $400.00 for this! Gary Shembeda from Bradford had done it for me twice before, at $60 each time. I had to pay the $389.00 to Austin, as the work was done, but I can never afford to call Austin Locksmithing again, as I feel I was completely taken advantage of. I have many cameras that show what time he came and when he left. I truly thought this job would’ve been around $100.00 or $150.00. $389.00 I can’t even describe. It makes me sick to my stomach. I could’ve bought a brand new door. I have told so many people about this, they want to see the bill and I show them, because they don’t believe me! ************* I definitely have to add this – When I originally called Austin, a woman answered the phone, and said “let me give you to Mike, because he’s right here” She NEVER Gave me a quote on Prices Or anything else, I didn’t even speak to her, except that she answered the phone. Mike never quoted me any prices. He asked me what the job would be, and how many keys I wanted and they would call me in a couple weeks. That was it, and this is the truth. If Austin wants to pay for a polygraph for me, I will gladly take it, and pass with flying colors. My medical expenses are so high every month, and I can barely afford them. There is no way I would’ve spent almost $400 on getting my front door re-keyed. Also, when I asked him If he could check my storm door handle, he repaired it, but it only lasted two days, and now it won’t lock anymore, just like it was before.

Wonderful experience with Ryan, our locksmith. He completed the installation of Wi-Fi smart locks on both our front and rear doors. The job was more challenging than expected due to the handles, strike plates, and deadbolt alignment issues, but Ryan handled everything with precision and efficiency.

He made quick work of the installation, and the pricing was exactly as quoted by the owner, Tim. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Some DIY projects truly require professional expertise, and this was definitely one of them. I highly recommend Ryan for his skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
