Joe was great. I lost my car key fob called this morning got a quote fixed on the price and fit me on his schedule the same day and finished the job within 10 minutes. Very efficient service and polite. Very happy and pleased customer.

The process was fairly easy. Although in my opinion a bit over priced and took longer than other machines I’ve used. But having a digital copy of the keys saved is nice. I will say the last machine I used from a competitor didn’t cut the keys correctly. So it was nice to get 3 keys that actually worked.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Their website talks all about doing residential locks. Apparently they don’t and haven’t for about 10 years. 10 years is enough time to fix your web site!!

Ethan came out same day to rekey our new home. Unfortunately, the hardware installed wasn’t re-keyable but Ethan made sure we got a good price for the job and everything turned out great!

Ethan also smelled gas during that appointment, and I wrote it off as new carpets, paint, etc. Well here we are two weeks later with a confirmed natural gas leak, I should have listened to him sooner! Trust this man with your key needs, and more!
