I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. Not only did the Minute Key kiosk at my Lowe’s store work well (I made many copies and they all fit the lock), but when the kiosk also made a “digital copy” and sent it to my email, I was really impressed! With an M.B.A., I am always evaluating how things work or don’t work. Minute Key has thought through how to make the user exerience to be easy and, for me, at least, flawless.
