I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! Will never use this service to make keys again! The length of time it took to make 3 copies of 2 keys was extremely long 20 plus minutes, the keys come out all rough with sharp pieces of metal all along the entire top edge where it was cut, yes I could have paid an extra 2.99 for smooth edges which is even more outrageous especially being the key itself is 7.99. In the past keys were duplicated by a human costing 2 or 3 bucks a key, possibly 5 bucks if you wanted a printed key and I never once had sharp edges. Very disappointed and will be sure to share with friends and family not to waste their time and money thats for sure!

Have used them for over 5 years now. They are great, know their stuff, don’t try to sell you on extra stuff. Always have them cut you extra keys- their keys are far superior to the big box stores and you know you will need them someday. Very pleased with their service.

I have new locks and when I had duplicates made at a hardware store they did not work very well- they were tight in the lock and difficult to turn, some of the keys would not work at all. I think that the tolerances in the new lock are very tight- there is no “slop” in these locks. I saw the Minute Key machine at Lowes and decided to try it. The keys worked perfectly, just the same as the original key that came with the lock.

I called from out of state to request a welfare check that involved getting into a locked apartment. I couldn’t have asked for more prompt and professional service. I was able to text over all pertinent information for legal purposes and someone was there within 30 minutes. Thankfully, all was well and the locksmith left the lock in working condition so no major changes were necessary ( other than us making sure a neighbor has a key!). The owner even called the next day to express his relief. Well worth the $120. Thank you!

Should have gone here first. Eddie was the best, and Dan helped me with programming a new key fob for way less then his competition on business one. These guys are the best! Highly recommend. Go here first for sure. Reasonable prices, fast, accurate and friendly!

I found this kiosk to be very slow for making four copies of two keys. I would rather have worked with a real person. There are two improvements I would suggest: First, there should be a bag or key ring tag available to organize the purchase. Making multiple copies of multiply keys required me to keep track of the copies and originals with no way to label them. Secondly, the key edges were sharp and still had key shavings on them. Fortunately there was a brass wire brush at the nearby key station that I borrowed to clean up the keys. I’m hoping the keys work in the locks! I will leave another review if the keys do not work properly. Bottom line, I would have rather worked with an associate that would likely have been quicker and have better interaction.

My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. Ken was reasonable, reliable, and overall great — if you have any lock issues please give Ken a call first.
