I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Really professional and helpful guys. moved house recently and contracted them to swap out multiple locks. Decent price, quick turnaround and kept well informed about progress. Fitters were great and friendly. They were very helpful and polite when I called to say one of the keys was stuck and it turned out it hadn’t paid enough attention to their post installation guidance and it was totally my fault. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith.

I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! They sent someone out they called me and had great communication he showed up in a timely manner was super quick I mean it took him under 2 minutes to unlock it that was amazing because I was already 2 hours late for work so the quicker the better I needed it and DALLAS provides quick efficiency and great communication 10/10 5 stars totally recommended Dauphin Locksmith to anyone in need!! Just met Sven today and couldn’t have been more pleased. He was professional knowledgeable and courteous. Got a replacement key for my secretary desk and it worked perfectly. I will be coming back for all my lock needs in the future for sure. Thanks buddy for a fantastic experience!

Answered the phone straight away and came to me within an hour. I was stranded with my car keys locked in my car but Martyn sorted it quickly. Reasonably priced too.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Not sure if it was the owner or someone who works there but he was on the phone never acknowledged that I was there. I took out the keys I needed to be copied still ignored. Probably 5-8 minutes go by and I ask while he’s still on the phone if he has time to make keys for me he shakes his head yes and continues talking on the phone. He finally got off made the keys. He was so rude. I’ve never had worse service in my life. I always say thank you but not today. He did not say goodbye or thank you. AWFUL!!!!!!

Alan was the best for real this guy took so much time to help me get a spare key. my car ended up needing a jump and that man did not hesitate to help me jump my car. Keys are cheaper than the dealerships and are good quality. He was very friendly and awesome to talk to. 5/5 For me Would recommend to anyone needing a key this place is for you.

I’m so glad I called Ron! He responded very quickly when my twin sister’s key fob battery died on her Mercedes-Benz, leaving her 7-month-old baby locked inside the car. It was very scary not being able to reach the crying baby. Ron arrived promptly and had the Mercedes unlocked within minutes. He didn’t want to charge for opening a car with a baby locked inside, but I made sure he didn’t leave empty-handed. I couldn’t be more grateful.

The team at Mike’s Lock Shop went above and beyond my expectations on a unique project. I needed a skeleton key cut for a vintage 4th generation family armoire after the original key had been lost years ago. Ben and his team had to source a brass or steel key with appropriate thickness and length before cutting it to the dimensions for the lock box. It proved to be a taxing process (several keys came in that had improper dimensions), but the team remained in frequent contact. The end product was a functional steel key (that I promise not to misplace). Would highly recommend!
