I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! Needed a brand new key fob for my push to start ford escape. Dallas was awesome. He communicated very well throughout the day. He made sure the time was convenient for me and actually met me. He priced things at a fair price and got my a new key fob within 15 minutes. It works great and I’m a peace knowing I have a spare if anything were to happen. Thanks for you awesome service.

I’m really pleased with The Flying Locksmiths! They did a walk-through of our facility and got all of the details collected. When they came back to do the install, they were able to get right to work. The installation went smoothly and didn’t disrupt our daily work. The installers were professional and considerate! After the installation, they took their time explaining the operation of the system and made sure we understood it! I definitely give them an “A+”!

My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. Ken was reasonable, reliable, and overall great — if you have any lock issues please give Ken a call first.

Great service. Went in to have new keys programmed for my car. They quoted the price over the phone and said they’d check the current battery on my malfunctioning remote. Got there found the battery to be the issue they changed it and tested it then programmed a second remote all while I waited.

Followed all instructions & key doesn’t work. I spent over 20 minutes on hold waiting for the 11 previous callers to be processed & then received a recording indicating no one was available to take my call. Then I received an email to report my issue that included a clause to be added to their mailing list once the link was opened. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE… it’s an expensive hoax. I regret not reading reviews before using this service my self.
