I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

Friday morning, my ignition key unexpectedly detached from the key fob as I started my car. Made the mistake of driving to work instead of just working from home in Philadelphia. I was unable to restart the car from the outdoor parking lot of my job in Paoli. Had to leave the car there and catch a ride home. Fast forward to Monday after receiving a recommendation to try Pop-A-Lock, I got in contact with Emeka to secure an appointment. First, he gave me instructions in how to start my car even with the detached key. Then I visited the premises and he gave me some valuable options to consider. When all was said and done, I opted for a new key that would be separate from the key fob. I saved myself over 50% of what it would have cost if I had a new replacement fob programmed along with a new key made. Emeka was clear in his communication with me, provided quality service and treated me as a valued customer. I recommend him as your locksmith if you are in Paoli or anywhere in Philadelphia’s western suburbs.

Had 3 keys made for a basic door..suppose 2 b buy 2 get 1 for free..key was $5.99 each for a approx.$12.70 including the free 1..they don’t print u a receipt it’s sent 2 ur email which I never received and my debit was charged over $15….and all 3 keys r useless and don’t work!!!! While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Easy to operate. Quicker than hunting down an employee that knows how to cut keys. And they had nice options besides just plain colored keys. Only down fall was that I had to take key off my keyring for it to fit all the way into the key hole for it to be copied. Happy with my purchase!!!
