I really have to let everyone no my story the house that my wife and 3 kids went up in flames 3 day ago in langhorne the whole home was a complete loss. I lost everything in the fire even my car keys I call Dan’s lock Smith and ask the lady of the phone if they do with emergency services she said yes i told her that i’m going to need is with three hours because I had to relocate because of the house fire she said yes i also how much the price was going to be the price was amazing.I was expecting it’s be high but it was the cheapest around dan got to my car with in a hour. The service was amazing got the job done quick. At the end of all this dan then looked up to my house saw the pile of rubble from the fire and said no charge there are people that go into business for straight profit , and there’s other people that go into business that are kind and amazing human beings dan is one of them thank you so much I really didn’t have all that money and it made me cry knowing there are great people stillOut there in the world today . Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed. Work was completed quickly and their staff was friendly & professional I would highly recommend this business.

(I used to go to another, well-known lock place in the area. They were supposed to be ordering a key blank for my suv… it’s been almost 4yrs and I’m still waiting.) After a few weeks, a mechanic referred me to Action Safe n Lock. These guys had the blank for my suv key; they also had a replacement fob, which was better than the original! They programmed and made sure it worked. I’ve been coming here now over 3yrs. They are excellent! Ryan was so very helpful. He took time to answer questions regarding my ignition switch, even tho they didn’t do the switches. Everyone there is quite friendly and are great at what they do!

Steve was awesome! He was quick, very professional yet personal as well (customer friendly) . He even gave us a great dinner suggestion while we were waiting. I highly recommend his service if you (or your spouse) ever lock your keys in the car!

This was an amazing experience! Communication was so easy and Allan was able to change my lock and add a dead bolt in just an hour. The price was affordable and Allan was a pleasure! You’ll see the before and after of our front doors – truly changed the appearance! (From small silver knobs, to the gold handles with a smart dead bolt!)
