I love this service and would any other time have given 5 stars. This time, however, I did not receive the key I wanted, I wanted one with polka dots but received one with butterflies? Don’t know what happened there but I was disappointed.

When I called they provided a reasonable estimate based off hourly work. The locksmith that did come over was able to fully install my new deadbolt. He was pleasant and did a fine job. He made sure everything was working to our satisfaction and was sure to clear away any mess that was made.
