Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

Good experience. Needed my whole house rekeyed and several locks changed out. Using their web page didn’t work, but calling to set up an appointment was quick and easy. Good communication with updates about when they’d arrive. John and John were very friendly and professional, and got the work done with no problems or issues. Highly recommend.

Harvey’s Lock & Door Service is a top notch business. I called about a broken commercial door at 9am. David, from Harvey’s, arrived at 11am to fix the door. He successfully fixed the issue, and also fixed 2 other minor problems with that same set of doors. And to top it off, their prices are very fair!!! I highly recommend Harvey’s. If you ever need a locksmith, Steve is your guy. He arrived in less than 15 minutes, was extremely friendly and helpful with the process of assessing our issues, and fixed TWO of our doors in less than half an hour.
