Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

I’ve been going to this hardware store for almost 20 years since I lived in this area and they never seem to amaze me now I do use them for a back up for Home Depot cause Home Depot is just so large. They have other stuff but if you need something in the area in a pinch This is the place you wanna go to. I purchased some stone from these guys bags of stone and I lost my receipt and I had about four bags extra and they took it back without the receipt and actually looked up the transaction on the computer like I said not a complaint about these guys you go in there it’s like an old-fashioned hardware store. They’ll actually take you to what you need and actually give you an option even if it’s little Less expensive they’ll tell you which one they like better.
And like I said it’s like an old-fashioned hardware store anybody over like 50 or 60 I’ll tell you this is the way hardware store used to run before the big box stores came in. I will definitely come back there and also if you need something special ordered they could special order for you and get it for you in two days or so, thanks guys

The team at Mike’s Lock Shop went above and beyond my expectations on a unique project. I needed a skeleton key cut for a vintage 4th generation family armoire after the original key had been lost years ago. Ben and his team had to source a brass or steel key with appropriate thickness and length before cutting it to the dimensions for the lock box. It proved to be a taxing process (several keys came in that had improper dimensions), but the team remained in frequent contact. The end product was a functional steel key (that I promise not to misplace). Would highly recommend!

Minute Key is amazing. I used one of the kiosks in a big box home improvement store. It only took about 5 minutes for the machine to cut and deliver 3 key copies and they all worked perfectly! I highly recommend this if you just need ordinary keys cut.
