They responded quickly to an emergency lockout and were honest and reasonable when it comes to pricing.
I really do appreciate a family owned business. The son quickly unlocked our door. He also fixed another door in a matter of seconds that had been giving us problems for years. He was so quick if you blinked you would’ve missed it. I’m so appreciative of their service and highly recommend them for hardware and locksmith services. I wouldn’t bother with anyone else.

Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

When I called they provided a reasonable estimate based off hourly work. The locksmith that did come over was able to fully install my new deadbolt. He was pleasant and did a fine job. He made sure everything was working to our satisfaction and was sure to clear away any mess that was made.

The team at Mike’s Lock Shop went above and beyond my expectations on a unique project. I needed a skeleton key cut for a vintage 4th generation family armoire after the original key had been lost years ago. Ben and his team had to source a brass or steel key with appropriate thickness and length before cutting it to the dimensions for the lock box. It proved to be a taxing process (several keys came in that had improper dimensions), but the team remained in frequent contact. The end product was a functional steel key (that I promise not to misplace). Would highly recommend!
