Emilio is absolutely amazing and has helped us twice now. The last time it was a Friday night and we had someone staying at our cottage who locked themselves out in the rain. When I called him he told me he could come but that he was 1 hr and 20 minutes away so I told him let me see if I could find someone to get their quicker. I called 8 other places and no one else would come which was incredibly frustrating, the other people would only come when it was convenient for them despite people standing in the rain wirh no phone or wallets. Emilio ended up coming and absolutely saved us that night and I will never forget it, he is the only locksmith I will be using in the Poconos areas 👏 🙌

I am so glad that I stumbled upon Sprouse’s. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with other locksmiths in my area, to cut and program, a new key and fob for my vehicle.

I was able to reach out to him at the beginning of the day in less than an hour had a new key and fob are ready to go.

And the price was definitely better, than going to a dealership and even some of my other local locksmiths.

I will say that, as of the rating of this review, they are in the middle of a transition from their previous location to their current location. That said there is plenty of parking and easy to find.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, and should I have any further locksmith needs, he will be my go to.

Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

The team at Mike’s Lock Shop went above and beyond my expectations on a unique project. I needed a skeleton key cut for a vintage 4th generation family armoire after the original key had been lost years ago. Ben and his team had to source a brass or steel key with appropriate thickness and length before cutting it to the dimensions for the lock box. It proved to be a taxing process (several keys came in that had improper dimensions), but the team remained in frequent contact. The end product was a functional steel key (that I promise not to misplace). Would highly recommend!

I contacted Lenny Locksmiths directly to schedule an appointment to fix a door issue at my home. While they scheduled the appointment promptly, they ended up sending a subcontractor instead of someone from their actual company—without informing me beforehand.

The contractor was clearly not equipped to handle the job. The main issue was my front door, which is quite expensive and requires careful handling. Instead of knowing how to fix the lock properly, they insisted on removing the entire door. It became obvious they had no experience working with this type of door. After a rough and uncertain reinstallation, the door no longer closes properly, and the handle—part of the original problem—is now coming loose again.

They also installed a lock on the garage/back door, but it’s very poor quality. Even worse, it had already come unscrewed shortly after installation, and I had to reattach it myself.

I tried reaching out to Lenny Locksmiths via email to resolve the issue, but they’ve completely ignored me. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and disruptive experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for competent, trustworthy service.
