Lost my only key fob to my 2008 Prius. Anyone familiar with this car knows that without the fob you cannot move the car or even take it out of gear. Plus the battery will die if not run within around 10 days. Brandi ordered me a new fob, came to my house and programmed it as I couldn’t get it to their shop. She even put a battery backup on my battery while she programmed it as it was on it’s last bit of energy. Thanks Brandi.You did a Great job. I recommend these folks to anyone.

I needed an extra house key for my teenage daughter. I just happened to be at Walmart for groceries, when I saw the kiosk to make keys. I decided to get the key, for her, made right then & there. The only thing I could possible find to say, that’s negative, is the lack of styles to choose from, for the keys that are made on the spot. Granted, they have a lot more styles to choose from, IF you are okay with them making the key & then sending it to your home via the USPS. Sadly, I’m a very impatient person & didn’t want to wait for my key to be mailed to me. I mean, it’s my issue, that I wanted a style that was only available for mail delivery. I just think they could offer 2-4 more styles in the self serve kiosks. Regardless, I did get a pretty butterfly style key. It wouldn’t have been my first choice, but it is pretty. The kiosk was super easy to use. From making a payment & scanning the key to be duplicated, everything is explained, clearly & easily on the kiosk screen. I had one key made & the entire process took no more than 6 minutes. The key works perfectly. I’ve not had any issues with the key, unlocking my house door. I would use this kiosk again, if I need a duplicate key in a hurry. The price is reasonable & about the average price, any where, for a key these days. Overall, my experience was positive. I’d recommend this kiosk to others.
