I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. I appreciated that they came out on a Sunday even though they are a 24 hr 7 day service going by there ad. I do feel they need to be more transparent on pricing. They did a good job. As well given me a idea for my next line of work. Thank you

Being a Sunday at 445 p.m. I thought darn I wouldn’t be able to get a key reproduced ( really needed it) but the kiosk was lit so my Granddaughter and I proceeded to try it. Everything went really easy and got home and tryed the key 🔑 perfect. Highly recommend this venue!!!
