Joe was quick to respond, the fix was quick and painless. The price was more than reasonable. When I showed him a problem with my other door he took a look and fixed it and refused payment for it. Truly above and beyond service but in a laid back style.

We recently had Valley Lock & Door repair our garage door, and we were very happy with the service. The handle had pulled out of the door, and they fixed the issue by installing reinforcement brackets to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. They were professional, understanding, and took the time to explain the repair. The work was done efficiently, and everything is working great now.
