Great shop! I needed a holster for my .357 Magnum, and I had already been to three stores and none of them had what I was looking for. Within 3 minutes of walking into Ross Brothers the guy behind the counter brought out the PERFECT holster. High quality and robust, and very comfortable. It has been on my side 24/7 ever since, and it will see many years of use. I am extremely happy with Ross Brothers’ shop, it’s a great place with better selection than most shops.

Convenient although I was a bit bothered by the fact these machines are card only, selection was limited and honestly I thought the price was a bit high but I do understand that you’re paying for the convenience…..

This was the second time I had to make the same key. The first time only had the brass key and it was a complete waste of my time and money. I went to a different kiosk in another store and tried it. This machine had a great selection of keys to choose from and the key that was cut fit perfectly. I guess you can’t count on perfection every time.

This is the worse company I have worked with. When you call you get people with oriental accents and can’t understand them. Then they transfer you to their supervisor and no one answers. Then you have the guy calling you five times to get the address that you already gave them instead I’ve driving I now have to wait an additional 45 minutes instead of him driving. What kind of business is this
