I’d like to thank Frederick Lock & Key for a wonderful service. 💪 I couldn’t find a place ANYWHERE to copy my car key and they special ordered it for me at a cost effective price that blew away any dealership cost by far. 🫡 I couldn’t feel more valued as a customer, and makes the store an absolute pleasure to visit. 👀 They also have a wonderful collection of local vintage beer cans/bottles and old school school vintage locks. 🗝There’s even a cute keyhole shaped archway within the store i got a tickle out of! 👍 Thanks again and again, LOVE YOU GUYS!

I am so glad that I stumbled upon Sprouse’s. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with other locksmiths in my area, to cut and program, a new key and fob for my vehicle.

I was able to reach out to him at the beginning of the day in less than an hour had a new key and fob are ready to go.

And the price was definitely better, than going to a dealership and even some of my other local locksmiths.

I will say that, as of the rating of this review, they are in the middle of a transition from their previous location to their current location. That said there is plenty of parking and easy to find.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, and should I have any further locksmith needs, he will be my go to.

My key fob for my van was not working right. Not locking or unlocking doors. Panic button not working. I was concerned it would not start the van anymore. Prices I was quoted to replace it was crazy high. I stopped at Spory’s and got a new one at half what the other places were quoting me. Thank you. I have been dealing with Spory’s for years and have always gotten top notch service.

Saw another review dated 4 weeks ago with only pictures of empty space. I still went out as it was close to home, only lost 10 minutes of my day. There are no locksmith businesses on this location, no signs, no phone numbers, as of September 11, 2025.

Simple enough to use the kiosk, but the copied key doesn’t work. Never had a problem with key copying from other companies. Don’t use KeyMe

Convenient although I was a bit bothered by the fact these machines are card only, selection was limited and honestly I thought the price was a bit high but I do understand that you’re paying for the convenience…..

Amazed to see such good reviews. Stopped in there 3 times in the past 2 times to get an extra key cut for 2 of my cars I programed myself ( yes you can do it). Said no with some crazy excuse. Yet HOME DEPOT cut them with no problem and even advertises they cut FOB keys…LMAO. Then one time to have a couple of house keys cut..wich they did but made it sound like they were doing brain surgery..and was really doing me a favor. Hate to rain on your parade but any idiot can cut a key!

Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.
