Outstanding service! I had a conversation with Tony, and Allan showed up afterward. He was very courteous, the pricing was reasonable, and he explained each step he was taking. With the holiday approaching, he provided excellent service and was fair in his dealings. I strongly recommend them if you find yourself in need of their services. John from Keith’s Lock and Door Service was professional, courteous, and efficient when rekeying my four locks. He even came back to rekey one additional lock we had initially overlooked—at no additional cost. Excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Emilio is absolutely amazing and has helped us twice now. The last time it was a Friday night and we had someone staying at our cottage who locked themselves out in the rain. When I called him he told me he could come but that he was 1 hr and 20 minutes away so I told him let me see if I could find someone to get their quicker. I called 8 other places and no one else would come which was incredibly frustrating, the other people would only come when it was convenient for them despite people standing in the rain wirh no phone or wallets. Emilio ended up coming and absolutely saved us that night and I will never forget it, he is the only locksmith I will be using in the Poconos areas 👏 🙌

I recently visited The Flying Locksmiths to have a deadbolt re-keyed. The staff was really nice and was able to offer help immediately. Unfortunately when I placed the deadbolt back in the door in did not work properly. It could be my lack of knowledge on how it should be properly set so I can’t falter the Flying Locksmiths. Overall I was happy with the service and the mere fact they were willing to help. Since the lock update didn’t work, TFL did not charge me for any parts. Very good customer service. I would recommend this business for anyone with lock issues and let them come to the home and install instead of trying to do it yourself – like I did. Also, if you are lucky, you may even meet a Jedi a the Easton location.

Almost every store made key that I have had made required a return trip to the store for a redo. Was pleasantly surprised that both keys made at Minute Key kiosk work on first try! Highly recommend!
