Outstanding service! I had a conversation with Tony, and Allan showed up afterward. He was very courteous, the pricing was reasonable, and he explained each step he was taking. With the holiday approaching, he provided excellent service and was fair in his dealings. I strongly recommend them if you find yourself in need of their services. I give a four star only because I stopped at the machine a few weeks back and they had regular golden and silver keys,nothing fancy.. So I waited. This time they had the dog prints, which was awesome that that’s exactly what I wanted. And they had a nice pretty butterfly one eagle one polkadotted one.. The four stars is because I feel as though they should have more of a variety in there for The ones that are being made right there. Other than that, everything was great.. 😊

We were running late coming from over an hour away and they waited for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and well priced or so I thought anyway. We were told they could program a Honda Civic hybrid within a few minutes and for $99. We ended up having to leave the car for a couple of days because they couldn’t program it. Then on Christmas Eve because we didn’t have the new price of $175 we were without a car for over a week and for the holidays. 🤦🏼♀️
